I am very pleased to present my latest project: an explainer video that I created for Austrian Real Estate (ARE)! ARE is one of the largest real estate companies in Austria and manages an impressive number of buildings and properties. Their approach of revitalizing and upgrading urban spaces in the long term was further strengthened by the ARE URBANIQ initiative - and it was precisely this exciting task that I was able to implement visually.

In the video, we take viewers on a journey through the world of ARE and show how the company creates long-term quality of life through innovative urban development and proactive asset management. ARE URBANIQ, which specializes in the revitalization of ground floor zones, is particularly in focus. These zones are more than just commercially used areas - they are lively places for mobility, education, art, culture, technology and much more. They make urban spaces more liveable for people and ensure economic growth and social interaction.

The challenge with this project was to present the versatility and complexity of ARE URBANIQ's services in an engaging, easy-to-understand format. I wanted to ensure that viewers not only understood the core message, but were also inspired by the new living spaces that ARE URBANIQ creates. With this explainer video, I am proud to contribute to communicating the vision and mission of ARE URBANIQ clearly and vividly. Because in the end, it's about more than just real estate - it's about creating spaces for people and shaping a sustainable future.
